Power of attorney

hi,

There is Ancestral property in which there are 8 coparceners (A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H) involved and all of them have agreed for giving their share to 2 coparceners (B and C) orally. Now we are in process to perform release deed document for the same. Situation is 2 of the coparceners (B and H) are out of India and now can B and H give power of attorney to some third party (lets say Z) to execute release deed on their behalf or should B and H give POA to different individuals?

Please clarify on this.

The coparcaners living at abroad and willing to execute the registered release deed relinquishing their rights in the property but unable to do so, can very well authorise any close relative in India by executing a POA deed in favour of the chosen power agent, who can execute a registered release deed on behalf of their principals.

Sir, Can both of them who are living abroad give power of attorney to single person residing in India or should they give to different individuals? Please clarify.
