What is the Stamp Duty to be paid for Registering Power Of Attorney (POA) in Mumbai for sale of property in West Bengal.
There seems to be lot of confusion on this issue, some say it is Rs 100/- some say it is Rs 500/-. In my opinion it is Rs 500/-.
Will this POA be valid in West Bengal.

Rs 500/- is the property is of relative otherwise on valuation at Mumbai and this POA will not be useful in West bengal. You have to go there for POA.
