Power of attorney

I am going to buy a Flat from a Developre who has been given Power of Attorney  by the owner of the property , which has been registered in Dec 2012  My Question is there any time frame for Validity of this POA as per LAW.  or is it indefinite

If Developer signs on the Conveyance Deed , can the Owner cause any problem in future ?

No frame time. Power attorney is valid till cancellation, or deceased either party that is  principle or POA holder.

Also verify coveyance right is given in the POA.

otherwise no problem.

no time limit for validity of POA

''If Developer signs on the Conveyance Deed , can the Owner cause any problem in future ?""

it all depend on what powers r confer on builder by owner through POA.

content of POA is important.
