We applied for permanent exemption for old parents & ladies in state appeal against acquittal u/s 498a before session court.
My query is : PR bond is applicable for only person who will got permanent exemption for appearance in appeal or for all persons whose permanent exemption is not sought. on last date court gives next date and the order on exemption application is still pending.
