What is the procedure to proceed a case which is in "Pre-Admission" stage in Bombay High Court - Vacantion Court.

Vacation Court does not entertain regular matters. There need to be perceivable urgency.

Only extreemly urgent and emergent matter can be heard in vacation bench of the Bombay High Court.
