Pre-summoning

Hi;

I have files case u/s 182/186/499/500/34 IPC and due for pre-summoing evidence.I can take witness also at evidence date? do i need to take permission from MM?

If it is necesary you can lead the evidence of the wittnesess, you need not to take permission from the court. Just submit before the court that you want to lead further evidence.
