Preparing reply to counter

Respected Experts, my wife has submitted counter to my divorce petition. In her counter, she not only refuted my application but has also put many false allegations on me. She has said that I have filed divorce petition to escape from dowry complaint.

Here are my queries.

1. While preparing my reply, when I refute her false allegations, can I provide additional details that were not there in my original divorce petition. I had to give these additional details as a counter to false allegations on me.

2. Is my wife referring to "me escaping dowry complaint" amounts her making "actual dowry complaint"?

3. Can she still file false dowry complaint while the divorce case is going on for a year now?

Please help with your answers.

This is no cock fight.  Once she has replied to your divorce petition, you should next prove in court via trial of case that those allegations are wrong through competent lawyer.  You tell one story, she refuses it and tell her own story, you again refute her story with additional details? No, this wont work that way, it will all look like a big joke.  There is no immunity against dowry complaint  or a domestic violence complaint.  It all depends on your wife's wish and will whether she wants to file dowry case or domestic violence case against you and your entire family.

If you are contemplating such actions as described above, its best to contact wife, convince her to come back before she looses her mind and files false cases on you and your family members,
