Dear friends,
I have recently come to know that a sale deed has been presented by the purchaser no. 2 and executed by the notarised POA (Director of the Construction Firm/ Developer) in favour of purchaser no. 1. There are two purchasers , the first being the wife (purchaser no. 1) and the second being her husband (purchaser no. 2). Registration has been done.
Whether there would be any legal problem in future! Actually I would like to know whether the sale deed is valid in this case! Whether title has been properly transferred to the purchsers!
