Private complaint

Learned Advocates,

We had filed a private complaint in the court to which a CC number (criminal case number) has been allocated since long.... Stage was of Complainant EVIDENCE (our evidence) ... Now we have submitted necessary documentary evidences mentioning relevant charges against the accused for framing of charges...... Also we have submitted a copy of the same in court for accused......

What would be further procedures in this trial??

I would be obliged if I could get a step by step process....

It seems that your case is at pre summoning evidence. Now court will examin the facts, evidence produced by you and if any cognizable offence is made out then court will issue notice to named persons and on obtaining bail by accused case will proceed and again evidence will be recorded and you will be cross examined and thereafter final argument will commence which shall be concluded by order.

HENCE, YOU HAVE TO WAIT TILL THE LAW TAKE IT'S OWN COURSE AS PER COURT PROCEEDINGS, YOU HAVE TO PRODUCE RELEVANT INFORMATION ON RECORD DOCUMENTS, PROSECUTION WITNESSES, ANY OTHER MATERIAL EVIDENCE THAT YOU PROCESS TO PROVE YOUR CASE, CHARGES will be framed if prima facie there appears to be a case for prosecution,and further necessary action will be taken up
