Hi Sir, I have filed case in court on 03.12.2014 and court order for registration of FIR and Police registered FIR U/sec 420,406,506 against accused on 17.12.2014 but till date police didn't arrest accused and didnt filed chargesheet. I have filed RTI before police for status but Public information officer denying the information showing RTI u/s 8 (h). Please advise how to proceed with this.Thanks for ur time
