We are a co-op society in Andheri , mumbai. I have a flat on top floor . My adjoining flat is a 300 sq ft private terrace flat .
They are willing to sell half terrace ( 150 sq ft ) and I am willing to buy the half terrace as I can make an access door thru my living room wall to that terrace.
A) can this be done ?
B) If yes , then, What is procedure to ensure that my CHS approves it and the sale is done with the right paperwork and with changes on on share certificate so that in future it does not cause any problem .
