This is 27 year old case. I have a client to whom court has granted probate of Will for godown and flat, subject to the condition to provide the list of inventory of the godown and accounts of it within one year.
After getting the grant of probate 27 years back, cleint did not provided the list of inventory or account nor paid the court fee to transfer the property in his name.
Can anyone please guide me how should i approach court, which application should i file in court so that case is re-oped and oppurtunity is given to me to file list of inventory and let the property transfer into my name.
