Problems to be faced if signture change

Dear Lawyers,

I would like to change my current signature which I used for property registrations. Kindly advise me what are the problems I face while selling my properties.

Also let me know how to make my new signature as legal for all legal docs such as property documents, Pan Card,  Passport and Bank accounts.
