Procedure for filing a case in court

Hi Sir, Good Evening! Please advise me your valuable suggestions.Sir, I have a doubt can a junior advocate directly file a case in a court?i heard that there must be a senior advocate who will have 7yrs standing experience in the court.is this true?what is the actual procedure of filing a case in court

We can't file cases directly to the high court or apex court, except certain matters which come under schedule vll and etc. The article 32 and 226 of the constitution contains the information. All the matters should come from lower court to higher court.
