Procedure in family court

I need to file one miscellaneous petition in CrPC 125 maintenance case proceedings going on in family court. A copy of it has been already served to opposite counsel. Can I file that petition in Office section (or) it must and should be submitted directly to judge personally?

filing of petition in usual course is safer way until is  properly followed and put up in the bundle, before the Hearing.

It's the application under 126(2) for setting aside the final order. One clerk saying that office section people don't accept such petitions unless the judge puts her initial on it.

It is always safe and risk free to file the Petition in any court right in front of the Hon'ble Judge. There is no guarantee that the petition submitted to the Court Office, that it will reach the Hon'ble Judge as there are chances of its misplacement either accidentally or intentionally by the Court Office personnel.
