please let me know the process of evidence and further processafter evidence in section 11 and 17 HMP in family court where i am having solid evidence that girl was already married
1.( perivious marriage certificate u/s 13 SMA ) she conceal this fact to second person and marriage solomnized without geeeting proper decree of divorce
2.(she is having a deed on the name of divorxe and registered it )
3. she applied for deed of declaration in family court after marriage with second candidate and i am having the copy of the same
