message icon news----just for information in service law:==============================the procedure and guidelines to be followed in the matter of promotion of govt.searvant against whom disciplinary or court proceedings are pendingor whose conduct is under investigation have been reviewed carefully.Govt. also noticed the judgment of the supreme court of india in Union of india vs K V Janakiraman ( AIR 1991 SC2010)as a result of this review and supression of all the earlier instruction on the subject--- the following procedure to be followed.1)cases in whom seal cover procedure applicable.---a)govt searvant under suspension b)govt searvant against whom disciplinary proceedings are pendingc)govt. searvants in respect of whom prosecution for criminal charge is pending.
