Hi All.....My mother has only one property under her name....... I have a brother myself and my sister.... My brother is married and got separated after one week of his marriage... Married for 10 years now.....he is trying to claim share in my mother's property now.....Does he have authority on property....I am not interested in any share...I want the will to be prepared on my sisters name

It is your mother's wish. If she dies intestate, he will have a share. Also, you need to look at how your mother acquired the property to decide if he can claim a share during her life time.

Well....the property is made from my dads hard earned money......so...I don't need any share from it....I want my sister to be benefited with it and not my brother

If not ancestral property mother can make will in your favour. Otherwise all legal heirs can claim
