did your grandfather died intestate.if so then all the legal heirs have equal shares in the property.as a legal heir your father is also entitled to a share.you can claim it by working out a family partition or through court (in case of anyone opposing to partition or any such issues) by filing a partition suit

Hi there,
My father died in 2012, with inestate, he was the flat owner & Mom as a nominee.
Now, I have to transfer the property (House) in the name of my Mom, what procedure I will have to take up.? how much fees i will have to incur..? I have elder sisters as well, and all are married,
