I have purchased a villa in a gated community. The villa is in half constructed. It consists of total 200 villas. Suddenly, there is some problem between the builder and the previous seller. My query is mine is a Panchayat Approved land. The land is legally registered and EC consists of my name. In the same compound, there is 120 Flats also. Now, we saw a lock and notice was pasted on the site mentioning few survey nos. It consists of my survey no. When, I enquired my villa owners association they are telling it is for flat only as per their enquiry from DTCP. My doubt is how come it is possible for few villas as illegal construction and others none. I am really fed up and I dont know what to do? I am an ordinary middle class lady. Please clarify
