1. Agricultural Land allotted to any SC /ST category person/s CANNOT be Sold /Purchased and is a Prosecutable Offence.

2. IF at all SC /ST person wishes to sell his allotted land, THEN he has to take prior sanction from District Collector, by following due procedures of law.

This is the third time you are posting the same query.

Hello,

Land allotted to SC and ST persons cannot be sold. Find out whether the seller has sought permission for purchasing the land. If permission is not taken then the transaction may be declared void.

Dr J C Vashista (Advocate)     21 April 2021

The land allotted to SC person cannot be sold.

You have already been advised adequately by experts. However, if you are not satisfied with the obligation (which is free of cost) you may consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for proper analyses of facts/ documents, professional advise and necessary proceeding.

It is absurd and ridiculous to repeat same story time and again.
