I have bought a site from registered GPA holder thru a sale deed. 10 years later same is sold to another person by the original seller and the another person has put up a temporary shed on my site, FIR lodged 3 years back. Follow up with police useless and futile as they are hand in glove with the another person. How to reclaim my property. Earnestly looking forward for experts guidance please.

you have to file a suit in court

File a suit for declaration and injuction and if you are not in possession then claim possession also.
