Me & My brother Jointly Purchage a flat in 2006 in thane maharastra. I want to make a gift deed where i want to gift my part to my brother, pls tell me what is the stamp duty i have to pay for same. since he is also 50% share holder in the same flat, i am gifting 50% of my share to him.
pls tell me if the property value 12,00,000/- what would be stamp duty for gift deed since it is in blood relation.
