BROTHERS HAVE TALE SIGNATURE ON BLANK PAPERS AND RELINQUESH DOCUMENTS AFTER MARREAGE. IN MUMBAI.

CAN AND HOW CAN I FILE THE CANCELATION OF RELENQUESH DEED OR AGREEMENTS, TO GET THE SAHRE IN THE LATE FATHERS PROPERTY. ?

better write to experts...

blank paper signatures have no value... anything written without your knowledge amounts to forgery...

relinquish documents need to be notarised and also becomes a part of registration or transfer document in case ownership is transferred...

can check with registrar for ownership with EC or CC copies...

Signatures on blank stamp papers have no value as whatever written on it without your knowledge and witnesses is not true. It amounts to forgery.

 

Any transaction related to property have to be registered. Please check with the registrar if any documents are registered related to your father's property and if they were done using the balnk papers signed by you earlier, you may file a case of forgery. If the balnk stamp papers are not used then you talk to your brothers, sisters and other heirs to get your share and if they do not agree to give then you may file a case to get the same.
