After the father death. Automaticaly as per the act property belong to his legal heir.

If you are the only legal heir?

Otherwise other legalheir can transfer their share in your name.

dear querist ,

your father had not left any will so the property will be equally distributed among all the legal heirs i.e. all children and wife, your mother can reliquish her share in your favour during the mutation and if sisters also dnt want share in the property they can also reliquish there respective shares in your favour ,for this you have to file application for the mutation of the peroperty and also file suit for declaration for absolute title of the property so that all co sharers will reliquish their right in legally in court and after that they can not file any suit against you in future, feel free to call .
