Thank you Mr.Rajkumar Makkad for the clarification. Please also enlighten me wheather after the death of mother will I be eligible for claiming my share if not given to me during mother's life time being inherited property but not self acquired by her???

i have understood ur problem, as far as materal property concerned u dont have any right in the property till ur mother is alive, because the property belongs to maternal, your mother has full rights over the property, if she dies then the property can be devolved upon u
