Property card

Rajkot district, Gujarat, Property card area doesn't match with the property documents. My cousin had purchased one residential plot in 1985 of 193 sq. Mt. Adjoining plot of 244 sq. Mt was purchased in 1989 from same owner. Total plot size according to stamp documents is 437 Sq. Mt. Now city survey was held in 1987. The city surveyor have shown only 403 sq. Mt. in property card of same property. Unfortunately, the city survey record is showing name of old owner as joint holder as the plot purchased in 1989, of 244 sqmt. was in his name in 1987. Now, what should we do to (1) Transfer the name of owner in city survey records? (2) Make necessary corrections of Area (at least difference of 33 sqmt as per stamp documents)?

SUBMIT THE AGREEMENT FOR SALE  COPY( OF ALL PURCHASES OF LAND ) TO THE CITY SURVEY OFFICE ALONGWITH WITH AN APPLICATION  TO CARYOUT THE CHANGE IN NAME IN THE RECORDS ALL AS PER THE SAID AGREEMENT.

REGARDING AREA CORRECTION  TOO , YOU WILL HAVE TO APPLY WITH ALL RELEVANT DOCUMENTS TO SUBSTANTIATE YOUR CLAIM .
