Your knowledge of the said transaction is 2005.  Now you cannot file a suit as it is barred by limitation.  (Limitation period for challenging (cancellation of deed) is 3 years from the date of knowledge)

if there is no evidence that u had knowledge in the year 2005 and you just came to knowledge of this fact then you may challenge the same.
