My Grandpa had 4 children. My father is the only son and 3 daughter, 1 daughter is passed away. His house and plot is in the rest of the 2 daughter name. My father name is not included on that. Those 2 daughters wants to include or give the ownership my father name. They sold half of the property without my father notice and got cheated, now they want my father to look after of these property. But we don't want to involve without any written document. What all the different process are exist to include my father name into the property.
Willnama or power of attronomy will those work? Thanks for your suggestion.
