Property dispute

'X' died intestate leaving behind a bungalow.  He had two wives who died earlier.  'X' is survived by two sons and two married daughters.  Now all the 4 bothers/sisters want to sell the bungalow.  Please advice the legal formality to be completed before sale.

Now all legal heirs and successor should collect valid documents like as Title Deed of 'X' and Revenue Record(ROR) and Municipality Tax receipt etc.Get a Legal heirs Certificate or swear a decalration by an Affidavit before the judicial magistrate and sell the property.

Dear Friend,

If the deceased was hindu. Then the property must be divided amongst his legal heir as per the Hindu Succession Act 1956. Or the legal heirs can divide the property amongst themselves in the peaceful non disputable manner, to avoid further complications.

 Regards
