I want to buy a plot but owner does not have any document except khatauni as the land was agricultural land and now it's assessment has been done by nagar nigam.
When I search online using khasra number, UP bhulekh website shows owner name along with his 6 siblings so I am confused regarding genuine ownership of the plot.
Also confirm that whether I need 143 document even if the land has been assess by nagar nigam
