I AM BASED IN NAVI MUMBAI AND HAD PURCHASED A CIDCO FLAT FROM MR K M PATIL 1 BHK 28 YRS AGO.... ALTHOUGH THE POWER OF ATTORNEY IS BEEN WRITTEN ON MY NAME AND I HAVE BEEN RESIDING IN THE FLAT FOR 28 YRS .. I NEVER REGISTERED OR TRANSFERRED THE FLAT ON MY NAME WHICH IS MY NEGLIGENCE ... NOW AFTER 28 YRS MR K M PATIL HAS EXPIRED AND HIS SON COMES TO CLAIM THE PROPERTY AS IT IS NOT BEEN REGISTERED IN MY NAME AND IS STILL IN MR K M PATIL S NAME...I AM IN DILEMMA AS TO HOW TO PROCEED .. I HAVE MAINTAINED THE FLAT ALL THESE YEARS WHETHER IT IS DE CIDCO LOAN WHICH IS PAYED BY ME , FSI PAYMENT, PROPERTY TAX EVERYTHING IS PAID BY ME ... PLEASE HELP AS THIS FLAT IS VERY CLOSE TO MY HEART BECAUSE I PURCHASED IT AFTER MY MARRIAGE , MY CHILD WAS BORN IN DES HOUSE AND NOW I AM A 50 YR OLD LADY ... PLEASE GUIDE ME WITH THE PROCEDURE...
