Property issue

when u purchase this flat u made a documents between u and original owner (Mr. K M Patil) and you are stay their from last 28 years and u paid a all charges of society regularly and take a receipt. U paid all payment of this property at the time of purchase and take any receipt or agreement from Mr. K M Patil. Then if Mr. K M Patil son give any notice u produce all deeds, letters, power copy them after opinion of local lawyer and give answer.

         Meri agriculture land chiplun main hai,   pichle 7 / 8 salo se main vaha kuch karano se jaa na saka, abhi vaha gaya tha to waha pe koi dusre logo ne aake jamin ka kabja kar liya hai,  or abhi wo jamin chodane ko taiyaar nahi hai,

 main ne tehsildar office se mere jamin ke 1987 se sab 7/12 le liye hai , usme sirf mera hi naam dikha raha hai, main wo jamin ab bechana chahata hu, main un logo ko keise hatau, 8 A main bhi mere naam pe jamin hai.

         kya wo log aise jamin pe haq dikha sakte hai ,

           please help me on this.

First u file a suit in court and attach a latest 7/12, all entries of revenue records and other documents and meet local lawyer. And you file FIR in police station against them who is possession in your farm.
