Property issue, daughter wants share in her fathers property

My Father died in feb 1974 without any will,father had two children one me(Son) and one daughter(married).mother also died in 2005 june.then 2008 my sister(married) says the fathers property to be equally divided.but iam not willing to give equally share.she give me a notice 2009 for equally divided.finally we both decided plot sell to builder and we have a agreement with builder.the plot land leasehold property the builder have too much time for lease.some days back when lease are renew then my sister refuse the agreement.2013 the builder file a civil case my sister against for fraud.she says she have not interested with deal with builder.the civil case and crimnal case against my sister and her husband and children.after supreme court decesion the hindu succession amendment act 2005,how can i property equally devided ,now march 2017 my sister died,so i ask u her children or her husband have any right or claim my fathers property.? Please guide me what i will do..
