Property Ownership

Hi Experts One of my manager is having a problem in the ownership of vast land. The property was purchased by his grand grand father. The current worth of the land is 100 crores. In 1999 his dad sold the entire property received from his parents to his friend for 10 lakhs on paper and brought back with in 1 month. No actual cash transaction was happened. Now he is claiming that these property is actually purchased by him and his son has no right over the property. My manager consulted an advocate near to his house and the advocate too told that you have no rights on the property due to the smart work of his dad. Is this right.. ? If not what should he do next ?
