Property Problem

Hii expert...my self pooja from lucknow...I am a single child of my parents...married in 2006 and have my husband and two kids.. I required your suggestions on my natural parental property... 1. My father is retired government's officer. Age 79 2. He have almost 40 acre agricultural land in lucknow 3. Also have 30 lakh cash n jewellery 4. He wants to give their property to his brother and brother's sons. Sir I want to know...in a law girl child who is married entitled in his father's property or not...can I legally claim for above.

I (Schedule Caste) want to Sale my agriculture land in kanpur. The purchaser of this land (General Caste). so please tell me how to sale Schedule Caste to General Caste latest rules of according to law.

I think by mistake 2 cases combined in this question ok

1) Yes (Neeraj) Puja can claim from father any how any part of fathers property if they want to give it to the brother they can but resurve part need to give to the legal heirs only

this migh be the old philosophy boy is the all no daughter has reight in the property you need to acquire part property if its achestral property it its earn and owned by father it self then they can do what they want to do with that property

2) Mr Anup you need to raise this question with fresh requet ok Yes you can sale and own any land here any cast dosent matter with this sale and purchase transaction
