dear all,
i purchase 1 flat in maharashtra and now i am going to register the flat. at a time of registration i include the name of my wife and my brother in the agreement.
so, my question is my brother have equal rights as i have and at the time of selling the flat i have to get brother permission or not?

you are going to make a sale agreement or sale deed? you have said registration and then written as agreement, pls clarify.
s of course. once their names are included they are joint owners, and for anything that you do with the flat, not only sale.... you must get their permission and do, since they have equal rights - you, your wife and your brother all have equal rights over the property.
