You can make a release deed in your favour

Dear queriest, what do you mean by parental property?  Is it a self acquired or ancestral?  If self acquired by parents, you have no right to ask your share. during their life time they may gift the property  to any one.  after their life, no will is executed then the legal heirs of your parents have equal shares.  If ancestarl from which generation?

I feel it is ancestral property all r living jointly with Ur .gf Ur father uncles altogether as grandson u cannot file suit for partition because first Ur father has to claim partition after he takes partition then afterwards u and father can jointly own .u one cannot claim partition.
