One of my friend is residing in Okhla Vihar from last 20-21 years they have total 200 gaz ka property in which they used 63 Gaz for building there home and residing there. Jamia Milia islamia once claimed that some of part of there land is there and case was going on.. Now in this 63 Gaz wala part where they resides is in very bad condition and can anytime fall down on there head the terrace broked from several parts and they are not able to renovate it coz of this case. Can they take any permission from court through property law and renovate the 63 Gaz wala part so that they wont face any mishap there??
Please help his father expired last 2 last year he and his mom resides there.
