Property Rights

our ancestral house is occupied by my stepmother and her childerns(she dont posses legal marriage certificate).my mother was first wife...how much right does I have in that house...the childrens of stepmother have now tranfered that house in their name...is it possible to get my right in that house...& it possible then how much share can I get in property????

2. In which year your father died?

3. In which year the childrens of stepmother have  tranfered that house in their name?

actually the case is that the house is of my fathers grandfather..and house was in his name..later his 2 illegal sons elder one transfered that house in his name dont know how..and after his death its transfers in his wife name...my age is 25 and the house is of my fathers grandfather...

and also 1 thing the property papers of land are in name of my grandfather..
