Hi, We have an antient property of around 15 acres land in my home town. We got it from my fore fathers.
But due my father pledged the land for some petty amount 20 years back and 5-6 years back it came to court auction and we lost it in decree. We have not responded to the court decree till now.
Now we want to address it. Will it be possible now to go to court, as now we have earned some money to pay back my father's due amounts to them?
