Thank you very much Rama chary sir, I belongs to Kolkata city and 8 months back the property valuation was 15lakhs when the sale deed done.
And please also let me know how much differ between registration cost and registration cancellation cost where registration cost was 1Lakh+

Sale deed cancellation should be registered if the original deed had been registered and for registration of sale deed cancellation only registration fees to be paid, no stamp duty.
