Property share

Hi Everyone,

 

My Father owns three propertys(two propertys in my father name and one is in my monther name, nothing is their in my brothers names), We are three sisters and two brothers, one sister died.My two brothers recently registered the property in their name 20 sep 2009 , it was in my fatther name previously.We two sisters demanded the share in the property,now My brothers are not ready to give any share in the property .I bron in 1952 .Can you please advice I am eligilbe for share in the property.I  did not sign any documents. I don't own any house and staying in rented house.I started asking for share in the property,it has been three years no response from my brothers,insted they registred the properties in their names.Can you please advice what I need to do.I appreciate your help.

nOW YOU CAN FILE A CIVIL SUIT FOR PARTITION AND CANCILATION OF REGISTRATION

Except deceased sister all you 4 will get equal share as you are legal hiers. file partition suit.You will also get your share from father's and mother's property.

Thanks for your reply, I don't have any details how they registred the property in their name  and they hide the registration information from me. I came to know through web site https://igrs.ap.gov.in/. by entering necessary details , that at present it shows as my brother are the owner of the property  they did registration in their name sep 2009.My brothers are saying that I bron in 1952 as per law you are not eligible for the equal share. is really any law in Andhra Pradesh , if you bron after some date you are not eligible for any share?I don't sign any document so far.Please let me know.

thank you for the information. Can you please tell me,  property in the share is depend on DOB and I came to know through one of my friend that if you bron after some year then you are eligible for equal share.I am bron in 1952.

Hi Nadeem ,

 

As per registration it shows that Partition among Family Members,  it is based on partition deed .Can you please provide what I need to do now.
