Property Sold with NOC from daughter's

Father in law purchased property in the name of his wife, now Mother in law selling property with the help of his son without asking any NOC from daughter's. Even son broke Fixed deposits and took money without asking other daughter's. Can daughter's claims on selling amount now and on balance fixed deposits.

The purchased property was in Ur FILs name and if he died intestate all i.e Ur BIL,MIL& Ur wife were inheriting equal share but he has purchased in Ur MIL s name. So u cannot claim any share don't loose hopes u file for partition suit in court.they may come to compromise because court proceedings is very slow.
