property tax assessments

The municipal authorities are not assessing or calling me for hearing /appeal regarding my house property tax. Could any one help me about the remedy or which court should I approach?

You personally meet Additional commissioner of concern area Appellate authority and request him to fix hearing dare at the earliest. If he does not do you file Writ Petition in the High Court.

Why dont you make a self assessment of the property tax and submit it to the Municipal authorities, in case they reject it, ask them to assess the same on their parameters and inform you to enable you to pay the tax
