i want a legal advice about a problem .............
that ,
i have a house which my father allotted from housing society twenty years back which is on the name my mamu(my mothers brother),
all the installments, taxes,bills are paid by my father.by making sign of my mamu ,but he never object
now at the time of registry ,mamu denayed to transfer this property,
.then my father registered this property by pasting own photo and sign what he previously done.
now my father and my mother both are no more ,and the house is in my passion.
please give me a strong legal advice so that i can get this house on my own name.
