I have an ancestral property in Faizabad. Its about 3000 sqmtr area. The property is devided among 4 families and our portion comes at the back side of the property. Due to the location of our portion, there is very narrow road to reach our entrance. Car access is not available moreover scooter is also a difficulty now because of the enchrochment by residents on the road.
I am worried that the actual valuation of the property is much higher than the amount being offered by the buyer. There are some difficulties which might reduce the cost of the property but i want to know the appropriate value. So that Loss is not incurred on sale.
