Provisional member of chs

According to the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, a provisional member of a Cooperative Housing Society (CHS) in Mumbai can generally not be appointed as a committee member as they do not hold full membership status, although the specific rules may vary depending on the society's by-laws and the interpretation of the Registrar of Cooperative Societies. 

It has to be a complete "member" and not a "provisional" to participate in managing the CHS.
