Good Afternoon.
We have a society name Laxmi chs Ltd in mulund. Our secretary has given a public notice to the developers in regards to termination of development agreement, POA etc. In the public notice he has told that no sale transaction can be done and society will not be liable for new transaction and their membership fee and inductiojn. The developer is starting the project again in the month of October.with letter provided for the same and bank sanction funds. Now society can withdrawn the public notice . Is it possible.
