PUBLIC NOTICE
In continuation to the Public Notice issued on 28th July, 2011 concerning the list of
missing files in relation to registered trade marks in the various offices of the Trade Marks
Registry (TMR) it is notified that with the help of concerned registered proprietors/trade
mark agents most of the files have been reconstituted and records have been updated in the
system. The number of missing registered TM files now stand at 47 (list attached to the
notice).
The registered proprietors of the missing files or their authorized agents are once
again requested to submit all available documents with them concerning the above attached
list of registered trade mark missing files.
