i am planning purchase agri land. owner of the land is said to b mentally ill and he ran away from home ten yrs back. his sons is now selling the prop. elder son is also mentally ill and ran away 7 yrs back. other son and daughter and wife is saying they will get court orders reg disapperance . if i get orders taat they are dead . can i buy the prop. wil there b any problem if they turn up .advise me ..... thank u

Did they file FIR of land owner/his son missing so that death certificate on that basis can be taken.
